A hosted game night designed for teams, clients, and mixed groups. Built around familiar games, it gives people an easy reason to talk and spend time together outside of meetings, without the structure of a typical team event.
A Typical Night
We set the room up so people can jump in quickly, meet others naturally, and move around without feeling stuck at one table. We lead with games that people recognize and can jump right into. A common mix includes:

How the Night Runs
We handle the setup, pacing, and hosting so the night feels natural rather than organized. Games are set up before guests arrive, and hosts help keep things moving so people can drift between tables, conversations, and games without feeling stuck in one place.

Add Ons
New-to-Chess Group Lessons
An optional new-to-chess group class adapted from our acclaimed mini-game approach. The 30-minute sessions move through a series of mini-games that introduce the fundamentals in a social, low-pressure way.
When included, chess runs alongside the other games throughout the evening, in whatever role makes sense for your group.
Grandmaster Appearance
For teams or client events that want something extra, on select nights, we can arrange for a FIDE Grandmaster to come address the group.
This can be a live exhibition, a simultaneous set (playing multiple games at once), or informal table visits and conversation during the night. It adds a memorable focal point without changing the relaxed feel of the event.
